What Operating Systems does Connectify Support?

Connectify Hotspot 27 works on 64-bit Windows 11, and on 64-bit Windows 10 version 1703 (the Creators Update) or later.

  • 32-bit Windows is not supported. Connectify Hotspot 27 is a 64-bit app. To see which you have, open Settings > System > About and look at System type.
  • Windows on ARM is not supported, including PCs with Snapdragon processors such as the Surface Pro X.
  • Windows 8.1, Windows 7 and older versions of Windows are not supported.

If the installer says your Windows isn't supported, check the points above. If you got the message on a supported version of Windows, Windows may be running the installer in Compatibility Mode. Rename the installer file to a new name and run it again.
