Why can't I connect my Roku device?
If you are running Norton 360, go to 'Manage Firewall' under the 'Security' icon. Under 'Traffic Rules', scroll down to find the line for 'Default Block Inbound and Outbound ICMP' that has a red 'Block' underneath it. Uncheck the checkbox for this rule and press 'Apply' at the bottom of the window. Your Roku should be able to connect to the Connectify Hotspot network at this point.
