I get an error about 'ordinal 459' in urlmon.dll

This error came from older versions of Windows, such as Windows 7, with Internet Explorer disabled or an old, damaged install of Internet Explorer.

Connectify Hotspot 27 needs 64-bit Windows 10 version 1703 (the Creators Update) or later, or Windows 11, and this error shouldn't appear on those. See What Operating Systems does Connectify Support?
