How do I Generate Log Files?
If you encounter a problem that is not addressed in our Support documentation, you can send logs to help our engineers debug and troubleshoot issues with the application.
Inside the Help menu in Connectify Hotspot there is a "Generate Log File" option. This will create a document that will help our engineers debug and troubleshoot your problem. Please generate the logs soon after seeing the problem or provide an estimated time when you last saw the problem. Next, choose where you'd like the log file to be saved and then click the Generate button. It will default to saving on your Desktop.
Be sure to attach the entire zip file with your reply and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org
