Will Connectify Hotspot give me Internet access when I'm not already connected to the Internet?

Connectify Hotspot gives you the ability to share Internet connections, but you have to supply the Internet connection in the first place. Connectify Hotspot is not an Internet service and does not give you a connection to the Internet when you do not have one. If you have a 3G or 4G dongle or tethered phone with a data plan or any other connection, Connectify Hotspot allows you to share that connection with your other devices.
