How to Sign in & Activate Connectify Hotspot

If you are not sure how to sign in or activate Connectify Hotspot, please follow this quick guide. You sign in with the email address and password you received after purchasing Connectify Hotspot. You can also watch the tutorial on activating your Connectify Hotspot license.

Step 1. In Connectify Hotspot, click Help and account in the left-hand menu. In the Your license card, click Activate a license. If this PC already has a license, the button reads Change license instead.

Step 2. The Connectify activation window opens. Of the 3 options, select Already Bought.

Step 3. Under PRO & MAX Users: Sign In to Activate, enter the email address and password from your purchase email, and click Sign In. If you have forgotten your password, click FORGOT PASSWORD? to reset it. CHANGE PASSWORD lets you choose a new one.

Step 4. Under Which of your licenses would you like to use?, select the license to use on this PC and click Activate.

Depending on your account purchase history, you may have multiple licenses. If they don't all fit in the window, scroll down to see the rest.

You will not be able to activate an older version license with Connectify Hotspot 27: those licenses are marked Not for this version. If you are a paid user of an older version, selecting one shows a special in-app discount to upgrade to the latest version of Connectify Hotspot.

If you signed in with the wrong account, click Log in as a different user instead under the list.

Step 5. The window shows the license you activated. Click CONTINUE to go back to Connectify Hotspot.

Help and account > Your license now shows your edition, the email address the license is registered to, how many computers it covers, and when it renews or expires.

Changing or removing the license on this PC

To use a different license, click Change license in Help and account > Your license and follow the steps above.
To remove the license from this PC, click Sign out, then Sign out again to confirm. Connectify Hotspot goes back to Hotspot Lite until you activate a license again, and a hotspot that uses PRO or MAX features stops. This only changes this PC; your account and your license are not changed.
