I forgot my Connectify password! How do I recover it?

If you can't remember your Connectify password or Connectify Hotspot is not accepting it for any reason, you can reset your password. 

To do this, follow the next steps:

1. In the Connectify Hotspot main screen go to Tools - Activate License. 
2. Click on the 'Forgot Password' link in the Connectify activation screen that opens up.
3. Enter the email address you used when you purchased Connectify Hotspot and press 'Submit'.
4. A password reset link will be sent to your email address. 

You can now login to your Connectify account with the new password.
