Connectify Hotspot runs on the following Windows operating systems

• Windows 8 (both 32-bit and 64-bit)
  
• Windows 7 (both 32-bit and 64-bit)
• Windows Vista 32-bit with SP2
• Windows XP 32-bit with SP3

Connectify Dispatch runs on the following Windows operating systems (this includes Hotspot and Dispatch bundles)

• Windows 8 (both 32-bit and 64-bit)
• Windows 7 (both 32-bit and 64-bit)

You will require the most up to date service pack for your given OS, as noted above.
