My Mobile Broadband / WAN device isn’t a shareable device under the “Internet” dropdown menu

First, make sure that your device is connected to your service provider's network. Connectify Hotspot will only list a device after determining that sharing is supported. If the device does not appear in the “Internet” dropdown, try hitting the “Refresh” icon in the top-right corner of the Connectify Hotspot window.

 

If the issue persists, please create a log file by right-clicking the Connectify Hotspot tray icon and selecting “Generate Log”. Then submit a ticket to our support team with your Connectify Hotspot log file attached.
