Is it possible to share a Wi-Fi Internet connection through a USB Wi-Fi adapter?

Connectify Hotspot allows you to turn your Windows computer into a Wi-Fi hotspot and share any Internet connection with computers, mobile devices, and friends. You can use your integrated Wi-Fi network adapter on your laptop or PC, or you can also use a USB Wi-Fi adapter.

If you are connected to the Internet through a Wi-Fi adapter and have another Wi-Fi adapter connected to your computer, you cannot select which Wi-Fi adapter to use in order to share the Internet connection with your other devices. Windows operating system automatically selects which Wi-Fi adapter gets used for the hotspot.
