Did you purchase Connectify Hotspot online and made a typo while purchasing, used an email address you don't have access to anymore or you just want to change the email address associated to your Connectify account? Don't worry - you're not the only one.

If you want to change your email address just let us know. To change the email associated to your Connectify account, simply click the 'Contact Us' link below and provide us with both, the previous email address and the one you wish to change it to. We'll do the rest and let you know once that's resolved. It shouldn't take more than one business day for this to be completed.
